Details

Clear out all bugzilla related cookies from your browser (or use a browser with
broken cookies, like current builds of mozilla).  After getting a list of bugs
from buglist.cgi, click on the "change several bugs at once" link.  A login page
will be generated, and it will contain a bogus input element:

<input type=hidden name=bug_status value="NEWASSIGNEDREOPENED">

for anything that had multiple values in the original query string

"bug_status=NEW&bug_status=ASSIGNED&bug_status=REOPENED"

This bug appears to have to do with the way ProcessFormFields in CGI.pl works.

This batch is DUPLICATE/INVALID/WORKSFORME/WONTFIX
reassigning to default owner and QA in case of the bug being reopened.
Clearing milestones, since we really shouldn't have them on these types of
resolutions.  Sorry for the spam everyone...
