Details

If you click on a folder in the personal toolbar to open the Folder, then click
on another folder in the personal toolbar the first will remain open rather than
closing. You can open several folders at the same time from the personal toolbar
this way.

I started seeing this effect this week and can reproduce it in trunk builds
2003051216 on Win2k.
