In privacy section for popup window restriction. A third category, restricting
popup window opening page in the same domain (with a exception list of web sites
similar to existing) would be highly desirable.

I don't think that it would be really usefull.
The sites then would say: "hey open this url in a popup, but don't care, it's in
my same domain", and when the url is loaded it's just a redirect to anywhere
else, so we end up just like we are now.

comment 3 makes sense... this would be way to easy to circumvent
