Can't rename the bookmark folder

ianholsman, you will have to file another bug for "cannot rename bookmark
folder." I am not sure which bookmark forder you mean. Do you mean the one on
the personal toolbar? We do not plan to add a UI for changing that.

redirecting to rjc. it appears emtpy folders probably don't have the "container"
attribute set in the content model.

The problem here is that Bookmarks use RDF_SEQuences and due to bug #14449.
