I have a calendar subscribed to from my oeone.net account. I imported the
Canadian Holidays ics file to that calendar in Moz Cal, and they showed up fine
in Moz Cal. When I tried selecting Publish Entire Calendar, I couldn't publish
those new events back to oeone.net. When I selected Refresh Remote Calendars,
they disappeared (as expected since they weren't on the server).

And.... now it works. Seems intermittent. :(
Since some other strange things happened (like when I added another Calendar
some old events that I had deleted reappeared) maybe I have some data coruption
interfering. If this works for you, then it probably isn't worth worrying about.
