Will not download mail if I have disabled PlugNPlay.

Like others, I get the No disk message.  Also, I cannot download mail.  This is
due to the fact that I have disabled PNP in Windows.  You may disable PNP with
the freeware utility UnPnP.exe from grc.com.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download and run UnPnP.exe from grc.com.  Click disable PlugNPlay.
2. Reboot.
3. Run Mozilla.  See the popup as mozilla is starting.

Actual Results:  
Every time Mozilla starts, I get the popup "There is no disk in the drive. 
Please insert a disk into \Device\Harddisk3\DR12\."  Also, mail starts to
download, but never gets there.  It just keeps churning and churning, but no
actual download of mail.  Sometimes one or two messages slip through after
several minutes.

Expected Results:  
Not have depended on the evil PNP in windows.

Though this is after the two week period after the build, I found the bug in 1.3
and 1.4a.  I'm sure it's still in the latest build.  I never noticed this is the
OS/2 or linux version of Mozilla.

Also, you have to reinstall Mozilla after re-enabling PNP.
