Description

Currently, view->close on a channel tab executes /delete. This is unexpected
behavior, as the channel tab will reopen itself on next activity after /delete,
confusing naive CZ users, if not experienced CZ users. View->close should mean
/delete if the tab is a channel view, so that the channel will stay closed after
view->close, until such time as the user causes it to open again.

Typo in last sentence. "/delete" should be "/leave", just like in the summary..

The chatzilla 0.9.x branch has landed on the trunk and should be available in
tomorrow's nightly build. If you believe this bug has not actually been fixed,
please repoen it.
