Everi time when Netscape FeedBack Agent start Mozilla will crash
It happened when I am in the browser, but it close also the email client.

It's the other way round: Whenever Mozilla crashes, the Feedback Agents starts.

Verified.
The Netscape Feedback Agent is designed to start whenever any part of Mozilla
crashes.  That way, crucial details will be captured that help Mozilla
developers to solve the problem.  The reason that Mail also closes is that the
Navigator and Mail & Newsgroups are really the same program.  When one crashes,
the other crashes.  However, this may be changing in the future.
