User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win95; en-US; rv:1.4b) Gecko/20030507 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win95; en-US; rv:1.4b) Gecko/20030507 Seen with: mozilla-win32-1.4b-installer-sea.exe Confirmed with: mozilla-win32-1.3.1-installer-sea.exe Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Start Mozilla Setup 2. Create the Destination Directory (I Browse, then Confirm the creation) 3. Cancel (= exit) Setup Actual Results: The Directory remains on the disk. Expected Results: Undo what was done so far: Delete the newly created directory(s): Mozilla, and "Program Files" if it was created too. Workaround: *Manually delete the Directory(s) after exiting from Setup.
Addition to Description: A) In "Expected Results", read mozilla.org instead of Mozilla. B) A worse case is when changing the drive letter during th same Setup run: *For the last selected drive: see Description. *For all the previous drives: it's <P:\Program Files\mozilla.org\Mozilla> which remains ! *) One of the reasons to face this bug is when hit by bug 48296...
