Details

Can we truly have a Navigator only build? What about a Navigator/IM build? What about a standalone Mail client? For IM, we depend on the Address book component. I heard during a preference meeting that the address book depends on Mail. Therefore, we can not have a Navigator/IM build without Address book and Mail components. Do we want to create a requirement for which components should be able to run standalone or which bundles should work together?
