If a popup doesn't have a status bar and opens up another popup window from a
different URL, by default it's blocked in Mozilla 1.4b. In order to unblock the
popup, the user must go to Page Info, copy the URL and paste it into the Popup
Manager.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to pogo and go to play Chess (select any room, opens a popup).
2. Once the main room loads, create a game table (new popup).
3. The game table popup will be blocked by default.
