Building on bug 2062482 (the Markets/Watchlist dropdown), let users build their Watchlist from the four default tickers shown in the Markets list.
- Users can pick one or more of the default tickers and add them to their Watchlist.
- The Watchlist view - blank in bug 2062482 - then shows the picked tickers.
- The Watchlist persists across sessions.
- Adding and removing tickers should be recorded as widget telemetry.

At the Large size, the Stocks widget now lets people build a Watchlist. Adding a
ticker from the Markets list saves it and briefly shows a confirmation checkmark;
the Watchlist tab then lists the saved tickers, each with its own remove control.
When the user already has a watchlist, the widget opens on that tab. Every add and
remove is announced to screen readers and recorded in telemetry, and the list is
stored in a new comma-separated pref.
This also removes a pre-existing duplicate widgets.stocks.size pref entry.
