If a user trys to download some file that is not linked, he must use other download managers like reget, flashget, etc. Add a new download feature remove this inconvenience. Doesn't shift+enter after typing the URL in the location bar work?
It worked. But I suggest to make it as a toolbar item to easily accessed to anyone.
