When the cursor is in the URL bar or in a text field, the control key (ctrl+v
for exemple) and the directional key (up/down/left/right/end/home) do not function.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Mozilla
2.Clique in the URL bar
3.Press the right or left key

Actual Results:  
The cursor does not move

Expected Results:  
The cursor moves

For control key, try to paste a text in a textfield

Sorry, this problem is not reproducible always.
I search the cause of this problem

I was on the verge of reopening this bug and duping it to bug 187083 until I
realized that you were talking about the address bar in addition to text areas -
however, take a look at that bug anyway.
