Mozilla checks for new mail only in INBOX and not in other folders when using IMAP.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create IMAP account
2. create there some folders
3. put into these folders unread mail

Actual Results:  
Mozilla doesn't indicate unread mail.

Expected Results:  
Show number of unread messages in the folder.

for every folder that you want Mozilla to check for new mail, bring up the
folder properties dialog and check the "check this folder for new messages"
checkbox. There is a hidden boolean pref that allows you to check all folders
for new messages, mail.check_all_imap_folders_for_new,  but this isn't
recommended (at least by me) because if you have a lot of folders, we'll select
all of them.
