Design feedback on the landed celebration: the burst is too dense. Brief drops
from 12 sparkles to 5, and the loud tier from 24 to 12. The gradient ring stays
on the daily-cap card alone, which already matched the ask.
Milestones keep the loud tier rather than folding into brief, so a weekly or
monthly milestone still reads bigger than a routine +10.
