Add a small size to the Stocks widget, alongside the existing medium and large.

The small size shows a single stock: the first from the users's watchlist, or the first default stock if they have none. Cover its loading and error states and keep it accessible to screen readers. Make sure the new small size is added to the context menu.

Adds a small size that shows a single ticker: the first saved watchlist
symbol, or the first ticker from the default feed when the watchlist is
empty. The tile shows the ticker's indicator, change, and price with the
symbol as the heading, and covers the loading and error states.
