For its default read-only state, the Stocks widget only needed the default-ETF feed. To render a user's watchlist (and to support the upcoming ticker search), the feed also needs to look up individual saved symbols.

Add a watchlist data path to the feed: fetch ticker data for the symbols in widgets.stocks.watchlist on init, when the pref changes, and on the periodic refresh, cached separately from the default snapshot, so saved symbols render and persist across reloads.

Prerequisite for the ticker-search feature.

The Stocks feed only fetched the default ETF set, so a watchlist symbol
outside that set was written to the pref but never rendered. The feed now
looks up individual saved symbols and keeps them as a separate watchlist
dataset, fetched on init, when widgets.stocks.watchlist changes, and when the
cached data goes stale. The widget merges that dataset with the default
snapshot so saved symbols render and persist. Prerequisite for ticker search.
