2063183 - Stocks Widget: add ticker search to find and add individual stocks

Add a ticker search to the Stocks widget so a user can look up a stock by symbol (or a "SYMBOL stock" phrase) from the widget menu and add a result to their watchlist. It builds on the watchlist-data feed (Bug 2063144).

Add the feed and state plumbing for Stocks ticker search. StocksFeed gains a
search path that looks up a query through Merino on a per-search client and
returns the matching tickers to only the tab that asked, with per-tab,
content-only Redux state that tracks the active request. No user-facing UI in
this patch.

Add the search panel and wire it into the Stocks widget: search for a
ticker, see the results, and add one to the watchlist. Also cap the
watchlist at 10 and make it scroll.
