Details
I've recreated this on Windows 2000 and OS/2 using translated builds. After
creating a new IMAP account all the folders (Inbox, Drafts, Sent...) will appear
translated as in messenger.properties, but the Junk folder remains in English.
The pretty name is never set - the value is not taken from messenger.properties.

In this build all works fine for me but I'm using POP3 account. I have Junk folder in Local Folders.
