Details

Using 1999120109-M12 build. This happens on WinNT only.

To reproduce,
- Bring up Mozilla.
- Click on the expand bar to close and open the Sidebar.
  Notice that after opening the Sidebar, all information
  disappears. On Solaris, doing the same retains whatever
  info are found in the Sidebar.

I assume you are meaning the content of the currently opened panel. The content
disappearing is bug 20226
