User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.4b) Gecko/20030506
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.4b) Gecko/20030506

When viewing source, the actual window with the text in it isn't active at
first. One needs to either hit TAB or use the mouse to click on the window text
area in order to do anything.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load a web page.
2. Edit | View Source
3. Hit the PAGE DOWN, DOWN or SPACE key.
Actual Results:
Nothing happens.

Expected Results:
Scroll down the page.

Similarly, immediately after opening View Source, do this:

3. Edit | Find in This Page
4. Type in a word you see on the screen.
5. Hit enter.

The text won't be found.

To work around this bug, one can hit TAB once, which makes the window text area
the active element. Then all operates normally.
I updated to the 2003060908 nightly build. The problem no longer exists.
