User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.4b) Gecko/20030515 Netscape6/7.0 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.4b) Gecko/20030515 Netscape6/7.0 When clicking on the View dropdowm for the first time after switching folder/group nothing on the menu is checked and the menu rolls up when the cursor is moved down to the menu. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Using View-Messages make sure All is checked. 2. Select a folder/group 3. Click the View dropdown Actual Results: Nothing on the menu is checked and when the cursor is moved down over the menu it rolls up. Expected Results: All should be checked and the menu should stay open until a selection is made. If you move the mouse quickly whilst releasing the button it is possible to eventually select something. After this the dropdown behaves normally, even if you select All. If you select All and then switch to another folder/group the same behaviour occurs but if you select any other option before switching then the dropdown behaves correctly in the new group. I have tried deleting localstore.rdf and XUL.mfl and also tested with a new profile but it still (mis)behaves the same. I have been seeing this behaviour since bug 205728 was fixed, but I don't think that that is the cause because bug 205728 only surfaced after checkins were made to synch the View dropdown and the View menu.
This is a dupe of bug 206504 which is fixed.
Marking WFM since bug 206504 is fixed
