Obviously the iframe technique is just an easy way to demonstrate the problem without having to make everyone resize their windows :-) but I did try it, and sometimes it does work on first load, but resizing the window or turning toolbars off or on or just clicking the image twice can reveal the problem.
what? should there be no scrollbars when the image is scaled down? this probably depends on bug 199395, if not a dup. in this case, tho, in the resized state, both vert and horiz scrollbars remain, and you still have to scroll to see some of the image due to the window (frame) size and the scrollbars that didn't go away. firebird 0.6.1 on windows 2000. anyone on mac, linux, or other get this?

I just tried this again on my linux trunk build... it didn't show up straight away but it did after toggling a toolbar.

That was a strange URL :-) but it worked. Confirmed on linux and build 1.6 bug is present after resizing back small, tollbars don't dissapear.
