Clicking a TV Show during the page load incorrectly invokes the popup blocker.
This does not occurr if I wait for the page to load completely, including all
the slow images and ads. If I click the link during page load and the blocker is
invoked and then I wait for the page load, even subsequent clicks of the links
are ignored! The only way I can get the blocking to stop is to click the bottom
right logo and add the site to the exempt list. I do not want to do this because
the site also has unrequested popup ads! If I reload the page it will work OK,
but this is not a good behaviour.

The source code shows that this is definately a requested javascript window!

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Request site and click a program link whilst it is loading. Popup is blocked
2. Wait until page fully loaded
3. Click link again. Popup is still blocked

Actual Results:
Popup is permanently blocked until page is reloaded

Expected Results:
Either allow the Requested popup during page load or allow it again once clicked
in page load once page load is finished

This looks like a dupe of bug 101190.
i don't understand bug 101190 so I'll let someone else be the judge, but I
haven't seen a proper bug addressing this issue that has a proper resolution.
See comment 12 in that bug. I think it describes exactly what you're seeing.
