Adds the strings the library needs

The wallpaper picker is getting a "Your images" folder that holds every wallpaper someone has saved. Each saved image needs its own remove button plus a confirmation before it goes. None of that copy exists yet.

This adds the strings for it. The folder name and its screen reader label, a fallback name for images saved before Firefox started keeping one, the remove button in named and unnamed forms, then the four strings the confirmation dialog needs.
