Some IMAP servers do not allow users to create IMAP flags, but custom flags can
be defined by the administrator.
This is an RFE for labels to be stored on an IMAP server if the server responds
to mailbox selection with
* OK [PERMANENTFLAGS (\Answered \Flagged \Deleted \Seen \Draft $MDNSent $Label1
$Label2 $Label3 $Label4 $Label5)]

Currently, the user has to be able to create their own flags for this to work
(feature based on bug 114379).

My first Mozilla patch :-)

Allows labels to be saved if the required flags are available, even if the user
cannot define arbitrary flags.
