I have a friend who won't switch from Opera to Firebird. He says he might be
tempted if we were to have the banner advert on the toolbar so he could
occasionally play 'Duck Shoot'.

This would also require the toolbars to have items which span multiple toolbars,
and waste a relatively significant amount of space under icons that aren't the
same height as the advert.

The list of adverts should, at the very least, contain a number of interactive
flash ones, to keep people entertained as they surf the web.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Mozilla Firebird
Actual Results:  
No banner in the toolbar

Expected Results:  
Banner in the toolbar by default.
