To address issues with your browser or media preferences see below: Enable cookies Your browser options are currently set to disable cookies. To use certain areas of macromedia.com, you must enable cookies. Consult your browser's Help section for information on how to change this setting." I have checkec and re-checked preferences and determined/confirmred settings are on "enable all cookes." Any thoughts on how I solve this problem? Thanks; Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.log onto macromedia/shockewave site and try to download plug-in 2. 3. Actual Results: keep looping to page that says my cookies are disabled. Expected Results: should show "download button" but doesn't. nothing there.
-> Cookies And you are sure that you don't unchecked "read cookies" in edit\preferences\Advanced\Script&Plugins ?
