On the left side of the page is a navigation bar which is supposed to scroll
upwards infinitely. It doesn't. With Firebird, also the links on it do not work.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Browse to http://www.royal-muenchen.de/ctrl.html
Actual Results:  
In Mozilla, it does not scroll, but the links work.
In Firebird, also the links don't work.

Expected Results:  
The navigation bar should scroll and the links work.

While you have this page and the javascript console open, the same error doesn't
stop to be added again and again to the js console, causing a huge mem leak.
This is bug 206874.
Also have a look at this:
