2068811 - Land Fluent strings for the Nova launch New Tab customization callout

Scope of this bug is strings only. It lands the Fluent messages for the New Tab customization callout planned for the Nova launch so they are on central before the Firefox 157 string freeze and can be picked up for localization. Building the callout itself (message definition, targeting, trigger, CTA action, illustration) is tracked separately.

Approved English copy:

• Title: "Put your finishing touch on Firefox"
• Subtitle: "Explore light or dark themes and wallpapers that make the new Firefox feel more like yours."
• Primary button: "Choose your look"

Note on branding: the approved copy uses the literal word "Firefox" twice. Per convention the product name should be a brand term reference rather than a literal, so the strings should substitute { -brand-short-name }.

The dismiss control is the standard X in the top-right corner and needs no new string.
