Re-installation may fix this problem" Message reappears each time Mozilla is opened. Mozilla opens underneath error message, and can be accessed. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Open Self extactor 2.Begin installattion 3.Finish installation and restart Actual Results: Error message above displays on desktop. I am, however, able to open Mozilla in the background, close the error report, and use Mozilla. Expected Results: Once installation and restart were complete, Mozilla should have opened on command, without the error message.
Moving to XPCOM, Doug any ideas. This sounds more like an installation issue.
