I've created a folder in the personal toolbar folder.
This folder contains two bookmarks.
If I drag&drop a bookmark from this folder to the personal toolbar folder
mozilla always crash.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a folder directly in personal toolbar folder
2. create a bookmark in this foldes
3. drag&drop this bookmark to the personal toolbar folder

Actual Results:  
crash

Expected Results:  
move the bookmark from the folder to personal toolbar folder
