Messege filters, especially ones that have to do with spam control, should be
able to enable/disable the mail notification events (sound, popup, icon).
For example, I receive about 90% spam and I use POPFile combined with message
filters to move spam messages to a junk folder. I hate it when I'm alerted of
messages that arrive into the jumk folder and I think that it would be an
important enhancment if the message filter rule could allow me to disable the
notification for those emails.
