Details

After filling and submitting a form (such as login/pass for webmail) Mozilla
pops a window asking whether or not to autofill the form, and then pops up
another window asking whether or not to remember that decision.

This should be simplified to one window, asking whether or not to autofill the
form next time, with a check box indicating whether or not the user wants to
remmeber that decision.
This *might* be a dup of bug 13228. A mockup of the dialog asked for in this bug
is shown in that bug.

It's bad manners to show two consecutive dialog boxes with premeditation
(knowing that you're going to do so beforehand); they should be simplified to
one dialog wherever possible.
