A window was popped up while checking e-mail despite the security manager
setting to block the pop-ups

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Acquire free e-mail account at operamail.com
2.Use it to login
3.Use it to check e-mail

Actual Results:  
Ad window popped up

Expected Results:  
Block unrequested pop-up

I've observed it using Mozilla on MacOS X (I'm submitting this report on Linux).
As I mentioned, it does not always happen, although I have configured Mozilla to
block all pop-ups and made sure that the setting were unaltered.

I believe bug 126224 is the catch-all for pop-up ads beating the pop-up blocker.
Therefore, this is most likely a duplicate bug.

Just tested with Mozilla 1.6 on win2k - it works. Thank you, and congratulations.
Not with Fireforx 0.8, though.

Aaron: Can you please try Mozilla 1.7?  It has a lot of code in common with
Firefox 0.9.1, and so it should behave similarly.  If it does, then that would
be useful information.

I no longer have a win32 box to experiment. I installed Mozilla 1.7 on my Mac
OSX and there are good news and bad news: 

good news - the password manager picked up and stored the form values
bad news - with values filled in by the password manager I get an error "Your
current login session is expired, please re-login before using our services."

I'll give a try on Linux and report.

Tried www.paypal.com using Firefox 0.9.1 on Mac OS X. The password was not saved.

Pop blocker defeated in website www.chilewarez.cl, although the pop up blocker
is set up to block them the ads appeared anyway.

Only one issue per report. This report is about popups on operamail.com. The
reporter said it works now with Mozilla 1.7. So I resolve the bug.
