when I drag a bookmark from folder "foo" in "personal toolbar folder" to folder
"bar" in PTF moz crashes.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create folder "foo" and "bar" in PTF and bookmark "foo1" in "foo"
2. click open "foo" and drag "foo1" into "bar"
3. release button and moz crashes.
Duplicate of bug 204781, I think.
