When you receive a mail with multipla attachements, it's impossible to make
multiple selection to save all the files at the same time.
Our customer would like this to be possible.

RFEs will not be considered in 4.x.  Moving to 5.0.

reassign to jefft as he did already some work about saving received attachment file.

This shouldn't be to hard to do except how we gonna decide what would be the
file names for each attachment. M14...

I have code that figures out the name of a file (or assigns a decent one) in
the compose back end. Look at the GenerateFileNameFromURI() code if you are
starting from a URL.
