Propose to mark WONTFIX. ICQ is not a public standard, it should rather be
available as a third-party XPI hosted on mozdev.org.

In the Mozilla Address Book there's a button "IM" that will launch AIM (if
installed and a screen name for the current contact is available). Reporter, is
this a request to use this mechanism with icq (or pretty much any other instant
messenger out there) instead?
If not, could you clarify what you _are_ asking? The bug as it stands now is
pretty much invalid...

I whould like the button labeled IM to lauch any instant messanger program,
instead of only IM.
