User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.4b) Gecko/20030507 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.4b) Gecko/20030507 If a file to be attached to a mail message is a symbolic link (in Linux), then the filename which Mozilla displays is that of the target file (linked-to), *not* the file which the user has selected. The user may have no idea that the file they chose is a link, and may wonder why they select one filename, but an often very-different filename is displayed by Mozilla. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Create a symbolic link (e.g., ln -s file file_link) 2.Attach file_link from the 'Attachments:' window. 3.Mozilla 'Attachments:' window says that 'file' is being sent, not 'file_link' Actual Results: Attached file properly, but with wrong name. Expected Results: Should use name of file selected.
