Loading the query results takes a very long time, 
and the browser is nearly blocked.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. http://www.arbeitsamt.de/cgi-bin/aoWebCGI?sis
2. click "Aktuelle Stellenangebote"
2. For example, enter 761 for "Postleitzahl" and 200 for "Anzuzeigende Angebote".
3. click "SUCHEN"
4. "Aktueller Status" should be "Anzeige möglich"
4. click "ANZEIGEN"
Actual Results:  
It takes very long to load the result page.
The browser is nearly blocked; 
when trying to scroll the incomplete page, it refreshes very slowly; 
as well as other windows, when they should redraw or do something else.

Expected Results:  
Load the page much more quickly.
Work normally while loading it.

Netscape 4.8 loads the page very fast,
allows to scroll the incomplete page without noticeable delay, 
or to do anything with other windows.
(For many other sites with complex tables, it was vice versa...)
