If i click on a download link to a Archive, EXE or whatever and i change the
name of it in the saving dialog Mozilla freezes. As example if i click a link
which download mozillabug.rar and i rename it to mozillabuginversion1-4b.rar
than Mozilla crashes.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click on a download link.
2.Rename the file in the Saving Dialog
3.Try to download

Actual Results:  
Mozilla isn't reacting anmore.

Expected Results:  
Mozilla should download the file and save it under the changed filename.

Can you try this : Close mozilla and delete the file "xul.mfl" in your mozilla
user profile ?

th profile is usually located in C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Application
Data\Mozilla\Profiles
