For example, if you have to hotmail accounts, and you want to look at them at the same time, you cannot presently, because the server is storing all the information based on the id the browser has given it. This list should be revised, but this is the general idea : 1.) Opening a new window would create a new browser session id 2.) Opening a new tab would create a new browser session id 3.) Anything with targeting a window or _blank would have the option of creating a new sessoin id or not.
