Mozilla keeps prompting me to choose one of two of the same accounts to use in a
form and it will not stop prompting even after selecting one. I can't find
anything in the Form Manager and I even tried turning off the filling out of
forms and it still prompts me on every single page on which this form appears.
Help!!!

Are you entering login information? If so, try Tools... Password Manager...
Manage stored passwords.
Closing for lack of response. Steve, please reopen if you still experience this
problem. If so, please also respond to comment 1 and provide steps for
reproduction, including a url if possible, and the wording of the prompt mozilla
gives you.
