When I try to manage my bookmarks I get an error-message (see screenshot enclosed).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select "Manage Bookmarks..." from Bookmarks menu
2. Error message

Error occurs only when I use the German localization. When I switch back to
English bookmark management works fine!

There is no translation for 1.4.
Do you used a old and incompatible translation for your build ?

What localization pack did you use with what build of Mozilla???

I have the same bug. I'm using 1.4rc1 with an old german localization.

It's INVALID, as you're not using a language pack fitting to that Mozilla
version (and it's a bug that rc1 does accept it - rc2 doesn't)
