Took the time to download the latest. Installed per instructions. Mozilla will
not run now. Nothing happens when click on mozilla.exe. On install, did get an
fatal error. Not sure I want to spend another 1.5 hours downloading. This to me
is not a good way to test your product.

Expected Results:  
The browser should have opened.
Have you close Netscape7 while you downloaded Mozilla and tried to open it ?
What did you download as Mozillas latest? 1.3.1, 1.4b, 1.4RC1, a nightly?
What form did you download, the short net-installer, about 200kb, the full
sea-installer, about 12 MB, the zipfile?
How did you install it, did it run once, failing at next start?
Did you ever had a mozilla browser installed, or was this the first one?
Do you have Netscape7 installed on this computer?

You are reporting with a Netscape 7 Browser, and there are problems with mozilla
using netscape profiles, and vice versa, but there are ways for installing both,
running from separate profiles at different times.
Also make sure that you uninstall any previous Mozilla installation prior to
installing a new one AND manually clear out the c:\program files\mozilla.org folder.

I was just about to post a "me too" but completely deleting my old Mozilla 
folder before installing 1.4RC1 did the trick.
