Go to www.zophar.net.  At the top of the page, look at the counter, its been
rendered wrong.  scroll so that it goes off the page, then scroll back up and it
looks right then.  1.3.1 and earlier versions of mozilla rendered it fine for
me, however.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to www.zophar.net.  
2. At the top of the page, look at the counter, its been rendered wrong.  
3. scroll so that it goes off the page, then scroll back up and it looks right then.

Looks OK to me on Linux. Is this a Windows-only bug?

I see nothing wrong in OS/2

Confirmed in Windows XP in every version after 1.3.1, including the most recent
nightly. As an aside, Firebird also suffers from the same bug, even up to the
most recent versions.

Sorry, must add a small correction to that..I had installed multiple different
versions for testing, what I thought was the final version of 1.4 was actually
one of the earlier RC's :> I am not experiencing this bug with Mozilla 1.4 or
the more current nightly versions.
