It's wrong to state "Mozilla now has CRAM-MD5 and DIGEST-MD5 AUTH support for
SMTP". DIGEST-MD5 hasn't been added (see bug 150212).
Instead we should mention that CRAM-MD5 is also in POP3 and IMAP.
