pop host inbox.lv doesn't permit frequent mail checks.
a error box shows up.. and it doesnt go away until after waiting for the minumum
delay time... and then pressing okay

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.check mail
2.error box comes up
3.

Actual Results:  
error box containing theese words:
the pass command did not succeed. mail server pop.inbox.lv 
responded: [login-delay] logins must be at least 1 minute apart

Expected Results:  
after this error box... mozilla should stop checking for emails instead of
constantly re-checking after clicking OK.
