User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.4) Gecko/20030529 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.4) Gecko/20030529 The pages at https://my.advance.de aren't displayed right with recent mozilla builds. (mozilla-1.4b and mozilla-1.4rc1). Mozilla-1.2.1 displays those pages right but everything from that release on has problems with that online banking site. After logging in (the login page is loaded right) the past 1.2.1 mozilla builds are loading the page as supposed to but several elements of those pages are just not displayed. The logout 'button' or better link sometimes has no effect at all. The more you try to 'move' yourself through the pages the less is displayed. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. log in with personal number and pin 2. wait for the main page to load and even then elements are not displayed kinda randomly. 3. further movement brings less visible elements 4. tried to log out Actual Results: I had to close the tab or quit the browser at all for security reasons. (to at least try to cancel the session with the server) Besides that 'paranoia' the browser is fully functional. Unfortunately I haven't experienced that behaviour with any other page or whole site. Expected Results: Display the pages right ;-) - Under this circumstances online banking is just not possible. :-/ Here are some logs with mozilla 1.2.1, mozilla 1.4b and mozilla 1.4rc1: The following two logs were produced doing the same steps. (logging in, trying to access the account summary page, log out) [XXXXXXXXXX = my account number :-) ] mozilla 1.2.1: (which works very fine) Document https://my.advance.de/ loaded successfully Document https://my.advance.de/fipo/portal/fwk/login/logon.jsp?PKInit=1 loaded s uccessfully Document https://my.advance.de/fipo/portal/fwk/login/logonk_struts loaded succes sfully Document https://my.advance.de/fipo/portal/framectrl?NaviAction=BANKING_TURNOVER &sourceAccount=XXXXXXXXXX loaded successfully Document https://my.advance.de/fipo/portal/PORTALLOGOUT loaded successfully Document https://my.advance.de/static/fipo/html/logout.html loaded successfully mozilla 1.4beta: Document https://my.advance.de/ loaded successfully Document https://my.advance.de/fipo/portal/fwk/login/logon.jsp?PKInit=1 loaded s uccessfully Document https://my.advance.de/fipo/portal/fwk/login/logonk_struts loaded succes sfully An error occurred updating the cmd_cut command An error occurred updating the cmd_copy command An error occurred updating the cmd_selectAll command An error occurred updating the cmd_cut command An error occurred updating the cmd_copy command An error occurred updating the cmd_selectAll command Document https://my.advance.de/fipo/portal/framectrl?NaviAction=BANKING_TURNOVER &sourceAccount=XXXXXXXXXX loaded successfully Document https://my.advance.de/fipo/portal/framectrl?NaviAction=STARTPAGE loaded successfully Document https://my.advance.de/fipo/portal/framectrl?NaviAction=SITEINDEX loaded successfully Document https://my.advance.de/fipo/portal/PORTALLOGOUT loaded successfully Error loading URL https://my.advance.de/static/fipo/html/logout.html : 80004005 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE) Document https://my.advance.de/fipo/portal/PORTALLOGOUT loaded successfully Error loading URL https://my.advance.de/static/fipo/html/logout.html : 80004005 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE) Document https://my.advance.de/static/fipo/html/logout.html loaded successfully Now two logs logging those steps: log in, trying to access 'market information', try to access the 'index' page, log out. mozilla 1.2.1: Document https://my.advance.de/ loaded successfully Document https://my.advance.de/fipo/portal/fwk/login/logon.jsp?PKInit=1 loaded successfully Document https://my.advance.de/fipo/portal/fwk/login/logonk_struts loaded successfully Document https://my.advance.de/fipo/portal/framectrl?NaviAction=MARKTINFOS loaded successfully Document https://my.advance.de/fipo/portal/framectrl?NaviAction=SITEINDEX loaded successfully Document https://my.advance.de/fipo/portal/PORTALLOGOUT loaded successfully Document https://my.advance.de/static/fipo/html/logout.html loaded successfully mozilla 1.4rc1: Document https://my.advance.de/ loaded successfully Document https://my.advance.de/fipo/portal/fwk/login/logon.jsp?PKInit=1 loaded successfully Document https://my.advance.de/fipo/portal/fwk/login/logonk_struts loaded successfully Document https://my.advance.de/fipo/portal/framectrl?NaviAction=MARKTINFOS loaded successfully Document https://my.advance.de/fipo/portal/framectrl?NaviAction=SITEINDEX loaded successfully Document https://my.advance.de/fipo/portal/PORTALLOGOUT loaded successfully Error loading URL https://my.advance.de/static/fipo/html/logout.html : 80004005 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE) Document https://my.advance.de/fipo/portal/PORTALLOGOUT loaded successfully Error loading URL https://my.advance.de/static/fipo/html/logout.html : 80004005 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE) This site seems to use jsp so maybe that might the cause of this problem. Hope you have an idea of this problem and enough information is given. If not feel free to mail me and I provide everything of interest. :-) Thanks in advance! Clemens Buchmann
